Is Under the Sun Conditioning Treatment meant to be used as a daily rinse or weekly treatment?

Both! UTS Conditioner Treatment can be used as a daily rinse and/or left in weekly as a deeper penetrating treatment anywhere from 10 minutes and onward. Additionally, UTS Conditioner Treatment can be left in to dry naturally on medium to coarse textures in conjunction with UTS Leave-In further define a natural curl or wave pattern.

Are all of your hair products safe for colored hair?

Yes! All of our hair products are color safe. Color has a tendency to fade when oxidized so we don’t use any parabens, sulfates, or sodium chlorates in our formula. Instead, we use a blend of botanical extracts that deflect the sun, salt, heat, & humidity to help maintain the life and integrity of your color.

What hair types do Under The Sun products work on?

Our trio of strategically formulated products work wonders on all hair types. From fine, thin strands, to super thick, coarse locks—we’ve got you covered. You’ll never have to worry about your hair being weighed down and you can rest easy knowing frizz will no longer be an issue.

Does Under The Sun test their products on animals?

We care about everyone under the sun, including our furry little friends, so we absolutely refuse to test our products on animals. Everything made by Under The Sun is 100% cruelty-free.

What are Under The Sun’s shipping costs?

Shipping cost is a flat rate of $8, with FREE shipping for orders over $100.

Does Under The Sun offer expedited shipping?

What is your return & exchange policy?

Your happiness is our priority! Items purchased from alwaysunderthesun.com can be returned for a refund or exchange with the original sales receipt within 30 days from the date of receiving an order. We can only accept returns & exchanges of unopened items that were purchased directly from alwaysunderthesun.com. Refunds are credited to the original payment only.
