Say Goodbye to Bad Hair Days

Control your flyaways with a chic hair clip, cover your greasy hair with a stylish scarf or headband, or just throw all that messy hair under a fabulous hat. Then go on with your day knowing that you look great.

Some days it seems like you and your hair are playing on different teams. No matter what you do your hair just won’t do what you want it to. We’ve all had a bad hair day from time to time. My go to bad hair day fix is a quick top knot or side braid. They’re easy to do and look good. But, tying all my hair up doesn’t always solve all my hair woes. Here are some pesky hair problems and tips to avoid them.

Static Hair
Spray a brush or comb with static guard and run it through your hair to get rid of the static in your hair. You can also use a dryer sheet on your brush or directly on your hair. Dryer sheets are easy to keep in your purse or desk so you have them on hand to get rid of any static throughout the day.

Oily Hair
If you wake up with oily hair and don’t have time to wash and style before heading out the door grab some Baby Powder. Sprinkle some on your palm and run your hands through your hair. Not only will the Baby Powder absorb the oil in your hair, it will also add some volume.

Uncontrollable Flyaways
Sometimes those little hairs near the hairline just won’t stay down. When this happens take a toothbrush, spray it with hairspray and run it over those difficult to tame flyaways.

When all else fails? Accessorize. Control your flyaways with a chic hair clip, cover your greasy hair with a stylish scarf or headband, or just throw all that messy hair under a fabulous hat. Then go on with your day knowing that you look great.
